Napoletano d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as: "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. These terms explain how we collect and protect your data and define the rules for returns and exchanges of products purchased through the website optikaluna.com.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

• The product must be in its original packaging.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Sale items cannot be returned; refunds are only applicable to regular-priced items.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your bank, as processing time may be required. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@optikaluna.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@optikaluna.com and send your item to: Giuseppe Garibaldi 13, Umag 52470, Croatia.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail it to: Napoletano d.o.o., Giuseppe Garibaldi 13, Umag 52470, Croatia.

• Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if covered by us) will be deducted from your refund.

• Recommendation: For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
